  • Contact Form: Name, email address, and message content when you contact us.
  • Newsletter: Email address if you subscribe to updates.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the following periods:

  • Contact form submissions: Up to 2 years, then permanently deleted.
  • Analytics data: Up to 14 months (Vercel Analytics default). Aggregated and anonymised after this period.
  • Log files: Up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

Calculator inputs are never stored — they exist only in your browser's memory during your session and are discarded when you close the page.
